IT Support Analyst

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of a very talented team – this is not a “regular” Help Desk or Support Center – and your role as a qualified, friendly, customer first, high-touch service provider is key to this position. You will support numerous Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains, use remote support to expedite problem resolution to ensure quality service, and address clients’ needs at all levels of their organization.

Director of Account Management

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

The Director of Account Management leads the account management team and builds relationships with existing clients. They work closely with clients to identify their needs. They also develop strategies to grow their client base and ensure that the team is providing quality, cost-effective services. This position will own all phases of the Leapfrog customer lifecycle and be responsible for engaging company resources to strategically identify opportunities and meet customer needs.

Account Manager

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As an Account Manager, you’ll lead post-sale client relationship management, working closely with Leapfrog clients to establish and maintain trusted advisor status. This role champions Leapfrog’s value for their assigned client base and is accountable for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of those accounts. You will proactively work internally and externally to identify needs, orchestrate resources, and facilitate important outcomes that enable your clients’ desired business objectives.

Security Operations Manager

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As a Security Operations Manager, you will lead and direct the Security Operations team responsible for the security monitoring, maintenance, availability, performance, and integrity of the Leapfrog and Leapfrog client IT systems and infrastructure. The Security Operations Manager works in tight coordination with The Network Operations Manager, Support Engineering Manager, Support Center Manager, and Projects Manager. The Security Operations Manager must consider cloud-based solutions as part of the attack surface and know how to leverage its benefits to deliver a competitive advantage for Leapfrog.

Network Operations Manager

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As a Network Operations Manager, you will lead and direct a talented team charged with carrying out monitoring, maintenance, availability, performance, and integrity of the Leapfrog and Leapfrog client IT systems and infrastructure. The Network Operations Manager works in tight coordination with The Security Operations Manager, Support Engineering Manager, Support Center Manager, and Projects Manager. The Network Operations Manager must consider cloud-based solutions as part of the infrastructure toolkit and know how to leverage its benefits to deliver a competitive advantage for Leapfrog.

As an Account Management Coordinator, you are part of a talented team charged with carrying out Leapfrog’s mission to provide qualified, friendly, customer-first, high-touch service. The Account Management Coordinator role provides administrative support to the Account Management, Sales, and Procurement teams. You will facilitate the execution of activities that will further this fast-paced, fun-loving environment.

Sales Executive

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals for Leapfrog’s managed IT solutions using effective prospecting, relationship nurturing, and closing techniques. The Sales Executive role is energetic, focused, and motivated to succeed. Acquiring new clients in this space requires attention to detail, dedication, persistence, effective follow-up, and the ability to explain complex solutions in easy-to-understand language. This position will include targeting prospective clients that meet our target client profile, determining client needs, and working with our Sales Engineers in the architecture of technical solutions.

On-Site Support Technician

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As an On-Site Technician, you are part of a talented team charged with carrying out Leapfrog’s mission to provide qualified, friendly, customer-first, high-touch service. Your role of providing deskside end-user, project, and service-request support creates a meaningful, long-term relationship with the assigned Client allowing them to reach their goals while sharpening your technical skills and knowledge.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is an entry sales and marketing level position responsible for administrative support and facilitating the execution of projects generated by the Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams.
