Will Arnold

Will Arnold serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Leapfrog Services, bringing a deep background in high-growth operations and mission-driven leadership in the renewable energy sector. A native of Atlanta, Will is committed to building organizations where a strong culture, thoughtful strategy, and meaningful impact work hand in hand.

Before joining Leapfrog, Will served as COO and Co-Founder of Quest Renewables, where he led operations, sales, and product development. He co-founded Orpheus Brewing in the same year he started Quest Renewables. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at SolarCity, supporting market expansion and M&A integration. Will’s career experience has equipped him with skills in growth strategy, strategic positioning and planning, operational execution and optimization, and investment leadership across a portfolio of companies. These skills are well-suited to leading Leapfrog Services as it evolves to meet the dynamic landscape of cybersecurity and AI.

Deeply committed to developing people and strengthening communities, Will is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and creating environments where curiosity and growth can flourish. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, coaching the Atlanta men’s ultimate frisbee team, and exploring the world with his wife, Victoria. With their first child on the way, Will and Victoria are embracing a meaningful new chapter, both personally and professionally.

Will earned his degree from Brown University, where he studied philosophy—a foundation that continues to shape his analytical approach, leadership style, and his emphasis on purpose-driven decision-making.
