IT Support Analyst

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of a very talented team – this is not a “regular” Help Desk or Support Center – and your role as a qualified, friendly, customer first, high-touch service provider is key to this position. You will support numerous Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains, use remote support to expedite problem resolution to ensure quality service, and address clients’ needs at all levels of their organization.

As an On-Site Technician, you are part of a talented team charged with carrying out Leapfrog’s mission to provide qualified, friendly, customer-first, high-touch service. Your role of providing deskside end-user, project, and service-request support creates a meaningful, long-term relationship with the assigned Client allowing them to reach their goals while sharpening your technical skills and knowledge.

Account Manager

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As an Account Manager, you’ll lead post-sale client relationship management, working closely with Leapfrog clients to establish and maintain trusted advisor status. This role champions Leapfrog’s value for their assigned client base and is accountable for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of those accounts. You will proactively work internally and externally to identify needs, orchestrate resources, and facilitate important outcomes that enable your clients’ desired business objectives.

Build Room Technician

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

As a Build Room Technician, you’ll perform various tasks that will vary from troubleshooting hardware/software concerns to new builds/rebuilds within established quality standards. This role requires practical enterprise networking knowledge, the ability to multitask and develop workstation images for a wide range of uses and clients, and the ability to document procedures that maintain or improve build quality, speed, and throughput. You will need to be able to quickly adjust activities to changing priorities while maintaining organization.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Atlanta, GA - Full Time

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is an entry sales and marketing level position responsible for administrative support and facilitating the execution of projects generated by the Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams. In a fast-paced, fun-loving environment, there must be a strong aptitude for multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail.
