We make transitioning as pain-free as possible. Over the past 25 years, we’ve developed systematic, best-practices processes that make transitioning from another IT partner to Leapfrog – like following a recipe we customize to your unique organization. Everything is spelled out, triaged, and scheduled so the rollout can occur with minimal disruption to your operations. We develop the details of the transition plan with your internal IT team – if you have one – or work with your current IT partner as much as we can to methodically complete the transition.
The Leapfrog Methodology begins with helping you resolve whatever IT problems you’re currently experiencing — inadequate security, digital transformation roadblocks, IT staff turnover, availability problems, dissatisfaction with your current provider, or growth that’s outpacing your IT capabilities, for example. Fixing what’s currently broken comes first.
It’s all in the planning. The Leapfrog Methodology is a holistic approach that takes every part of your IT into consideration and builds on what you already have. All of the work we do adheres to the leading international framework for effective IT management (ITIL) and regulation compliance (we are SSAE 18 SOC 2 compliant).
After we fix what’s broken, we improve or upgrade your IT environment systematically, following the IT roadmap we’ve developed together. The goal is to get your IT to an optimized state. If resolving your current IT issues involves making some changes to other parts of your IT, we do it in a way that lets your team keep working as seamlessly as possible while we make the needed adjustments. Adding to your frustrations or disrupting your business operations are not part of Frogology.
Aside from the relief that they’re no longer experiencing the problems that held them back, your team will notice that your systems and network perform better. They’re smooth and stable, and so is tech support. End-users are glad to have experts available to solve IT issues whenever they come up and not to have to go through a triage system to get the solutions they need. We typically get a barrage of user satisfaction kudos right after the transition.
Within a few months, the biggest changes most clients notice is the lack of IT problems. Leadership is thankful it doesn’t have to talk about IT problems anymore and that technology is no longer a business focus.
Leapfrog anticipates these situations as part of our service. Over time and as your business grows and changes, you will need to adopt new technologies and best practices. With decades of experience, Leapfrog is able to plan ahead. Our roadmapping process is designed to make sure you don’t experience unexpected costs — your managed IT expenses with Leapfrog are predictable.
To understand the value of your monthly plan, Leapfrog benchmarks what others in your industry are spending to properly run their IT. We include the extra billing that accumulates throughout the year for companies not using a programmatic approach so you can compare apples to apples. Benchmarking also allows you to see how your IT environment stacks up from a technology standpoint by the score it receives compared to others. Your environment gets a new score each year when we update your IT roadmap.
Continually updating your IT roadmap is an important part of our methodology because it systematizes your needed upgrades, improvements, and initiatives. Together, we discuss any recommended changes for the coming year and, with your approval, budget and schedule all activities, including those related to lifecycle management, capacity, and resources. You don’t get any surprise invoices with Leapfrog.
We have a solid track record of satisfied clients since 1998. For the first ten years that Leapfrog was in business, almost all of our growth was through referrals. People in the community referred other companies to Leapfrog because they were confident we’d do a good job. From there, we were able to build a trusted brand rooted in the mission of helping our clients in tangible, meaningful ways. Our approach begins with ensuring our services are aligned with your business needs and continues with keeping your high-performance IT up-to-date, secure, and modernized as needed.
