One day, Leapfrog’s CEO-to-be had a network problem. She called her IT guy but he was not available. And neither was the information she needed — he was the only one who had it. So, she had an idea: What if an IT services company was available whenever you needed it, kept meticulous records, stayed on top of new technology, and cared about clients and not just getting new contracts? This is how Leapfrog Services was born.

Leapfrog exists to serve you — we are a service company. Your needs, objectives, successes, and satisfaction with our services are what matter to us most. How do we know if you’re happy? We ask you. All the time. And then we ask for details in our annual satisfaction survey so if there are any areas you think could use some improvement, we get right on it. We strive to be 100% accountable, responsive, and transparent. That’s what we’d want from a managed IT provider so why should we give you anything less?

Our entire business model is designed to have a low carbon footprint. We manage IT environments (and resolve almost all IT issues) over the internet, enable our clients to work remotely and securely from anywhere, and our employees were working from home on an alternating basis even before the pandemic. We further reduce our carbon footprint by recycling all of our IT equipment and by operating an in-house electronics recycling program that’s open to the public. If and when we get the opportunity to improve our purchases or processes to be kinder to the environment, we do it.

Who says extraordinary IT delivery has to be stuffy? Not us frogs! Helping our clients grow their organizations and providing service with a smile is downright enjoyable. From our whimsical branding to jargon-free communication to the energy we bring to each meeting (virtual and in-person), we think great IT should be fun. Just because the work is serious doesn’t mean it has to be dull.

From participating on boards to offering technical assistance to helping municipalities plan and troubleshoot, Leapfrog has deep roots in being of service to our communities — we like to share our know-how.
