What it's like to partner with Leapfrog.

From financial services firms and real estate companies to healthcare providers, manufacturers, non-profits, and many others, Leapfrog becomes an extension of the organizations we work with. Nothing makes us happier than making our clients happy.

“In January of 2004, we moved our network and Help Desk functions to Leapfrog. Over the years working with you and your team, I have relied heavily on Leapfrog’s expertise and guidance in making decisions about our network. We have accomplished much together and I am forever grateful for Leapfrog’s professional and dependable IT support. I could never say enough about the hard work and dedication that the Leapfrog team has given to support our network.” Managing Director (IT), Global Payment Network

Because of Leapfrog’s continued management of our IT environment, we are able to service the needs of our clients with the peace of mind that comes from knowing our data is safe and our technology works. In addition to providing great service, Leapfrog takes the time to understand our operations and proactively recommend and implement improvements in areas that add real business value.”

Team Appreciation Letter

Good Morning,

As we grew, it became apparent that our little IT shop couldn’t really do all that was needed to support a network and do application development. In 2003, Leapfrog was recommended to us by Edgar, Dunn & Company. In January of 2004, we moved our network and Help Desk functions to Leapfrog. Over the years working with you and your team, I have relied heavily on Leapfrog’s expertise and guidance in making decisions about our network. We have accomplished much together and I am forever grateful for Leapfrog’s professional and dependable IT support. I could never say enough about the hard work and dedication that the Leapfrog team has given to support our network.

I want to extend my gratitude to the Help Desk team that supports us – you are the frontline and I know the kind of calls you get sometimes. Thank you for your patience, your persistence, and your professionalism. Helping users can sometimes be a thankless job.

Those of you in the NOC are monitoring the heartbeat of our network – ensuring that our servers stay online, stay healthy, and are backed up and that user workstations are also in good health. How do we thank you for your day-to-day watchful eyes?

An important part of IT from my perspective is the backup of the data. Through the years we have had different models and ways that we tackled the backups of user documents. As we moved from a “DC HQ” based workforce to a mostly remote workforce, Leapfrog has been helping us with solutions to keep our files backed up. I’d like to take the opportunity to extend a thank you to all of you who assisted us through this process. We could not have done this without you.

And then there are my good friends in Escalations. Without you, we’d be toast. It is you who are always helping us out of hot water. Thank you for the many “after hours” assignments and “emergency calls” you have spent with me, sometimes into the wee hours of the morning, to troubleshoot and resolve those IT issues that we wish would not happen, but we know will.

To the team that helps me think through different initiatives, “hats off” to you. Those many meetings in different conference rooms over the years planning and plotting – moving us forward into new things. The names and faces have changed over the years, but Trey has always been a key player in these discussions. Thank you, Trey, for your leadership on these projects.

Our latest endeavor has been a move toward PCI. Though this effort has been slowed by the pandemic, we continue to work in that direction. The many hours of planning and thinking have not gone unnoticed by me. I feel privileged to have a “go-to” team of experts that can help me figure out what I don’t know. Thank you to those of you who have worked on this project and will continue to work going forward. It’s an important initiative and your guidance has been and continues to be appreciated.

Many thanks to the Projects teams. Most recently, our project manager, Jordan, has been a real help to us with our latest projects and continues to answer what must seem to him to be endless questions. Thank you for your patience and expert guidance.

To my friends in Accounting and Purchasing, you help us keep track of what we need to order and pay for, and you assist our accounting team to get the bills paid – a most important task! Thank you.

Those in the build room and field services – you have also played a major role over the years, keeping our equipment up to date and coming to DC once a year to provide some “hands-on” attention to those systems that have traveled the globe and need a little TLC. Thank you!

Thanks to Maureen for her smiling face and welcoming greeting when we visit Atlanta and for ordering us great lunches so we could keep on working through our planning sessions.

And to your account managers over the years, most recently Jason, who have assisted us with our questions, coordinated our meetings, and helped bring the right people to the table — many thanks. You become the “point person” when we don’t know where to go and we truly appreciate that.

For those of you that I have worked with over the years and didn’t mention specifically, please know that what you have done to assist us over the years is so very much appreciated. Thank you Leon, Sam, Jermaine, Jeremy, Amanda, Zerrick, Steven, Brittany, Sean, Kirby, Alex, CJ, Ryan, Joe, James, Robert, Brian, Michael, Mark, Joseph, Chuck, Ken, Matt – thank you and please know that as far as I’m concerned you are the best!

Yum and the leadership team, thanks to each of you for your guidance and leadership of Leapfrog’s staff. Good teams are a reflection of their leadership, I think. My heartfelt thanks for your many years of support.
