Michael Burnette Chief Service Officer

Michael serves as Chief Service Officer for Leapfrog and is responsible for the delivery of extraordinary services via the technical and engineering divisions of the company.
Michael served as CTO for the global legal MSP Intelliteach, prior to joining the Leapfrog team. During his tenure, the company merged with St Louis based Cash Management Solutions to become the largest legal specific business process outsourcer in the US. Michael became an expert in ISO 27001 Information Security Management and led software product development as a Product Owner for IQTrack, a legal-specific ITSM ticketing system. Prior to Intelliteach, Michael served as VP of Information Technology for Peak Campus Management, helping pioneer residential technology solutions for student and military housing. Michael also spent 10 years running IT for Atlanta based law firm Rogers & Hardin, which included a computer forensics and litigation support practice.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Information Security Specialist (CISSP) in addition to being a certified Agile ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner. He was also certified in ITILv3 before ITIL was cool.
