Director of Account Management
Mark serves as Leapfrog’s Director of Account Management and is responsible for the strategic relationship management of Leapfrog clients. With the support of our team of Leapfrog Account Managers, Mark works with clients and other members of the Leapfrog team to identify ways that technology can enhance each client’s business operations and help them translate strategies into reality.
Mark came to information technology when searching for a profession where he could use the problem-solving skills he honed through years of scientific coursework to help people solve real-world problems. He has served in various operational and relationship-management roles over the years, having worked as an Assistant Director of Operations for a large MSP serving the legal industry, Director of Account Management for the same MSP, and most recently as the Service Delivery Manager for Leapfrog. He has a degree from Oglethorpe University in Chemistry and holds a certification in IT Process Management (ITIL). Mark’s blend of training, experience, and passion for holistic improvement makes him adept at translating complex data and other information into functional, actionable insights for clients that are easy to understand.
